摘 要:将64只雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组16只。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂含甘肃棘豆干草粉15%(含苦马豆素0.03‰)、30%(含苦马豆素0.06‰)、45%(含苦马豆素0.09‰)的全价饲料,对照组饲喂全价饲料。试验期间,每天观察受试大鼠的临床表现,每周测定体质量1次。在攻毒5、9、13、17周后采血,运用全自动血液细胞分析仪测定各组大鼠血液WBC、LYM、MO、NE、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、RDW、PLT及MPV的变化。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组WBC、MO、NE、RDW、MPV升高,LYM、RBC、HGB、HCT降低,MCV先降低后升高,PLT先升高后降低,部分组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结果表明,长期低剂量摄食苦马豆素可诱发SD大鼠贫血,但可提高机体免疫力和骨髓造血能力。In order to observe the effects of swainsonine(SW) on physiological indexes of blood in SD rats,sixty four female SD rats were divided into control group and experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ.Dried Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge was comminuted,different amounts of the grass powder(15%,30% and 45%,equivalent to 0.03 ‰,0.06 ‰ and 0.09 ‰ SW respectively) were mixed with the feeds for the three experimental groups.During the test,clinical manifestation was observed every day,body weight were determined weekly.Four SD rats were selected randomly from each group after 5,9,13 and 17 weeks,respectively,WBC,LYM,MO,NE,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,RDW,PLT and MPV in blood were tested by fully automatic blood cell analyzer.The results showed an increase of WBC,MO,NE,RDW and MPV,while a decrease of LYM,RBC,HGB and HCT.Interestingly,MCV rose at beginning then declined,but PLT was exactly opposite during poisoning period,with significant differences between the experimental groups(P0.05 or P0.01).This study suggests long-term administering SW at low-dose can cause anemia of SD rats,but it can enhance immunity and promote bone marrow function.
