摘 要:目的 :调查蚊虫种类及其带病毒情况。方法 :用吸蚊管和人诱法捕蚊 ,用C6 / 36细胞和乳鼠分离病毒 ,用血清学方法检测人血清中病毒抗体。结果 :1985年 7~ 8月捕获雌性成蚊 6属32种 94 10只 ,三带喙库蚊、棕头库蚊、中华按蚊、迷走按蚊是农村畜厩主要蚊种 ,白纹伊蚊是竹林区优势蚊种。从阿萨姆伊蚊中分离出 1株乙脑病毒。当地人血清中乙脑、登革、基孔肯雅和肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)病毒抗体阳性率依次为 39.6 8% (77/ 194 )、13.73% (14/ 10 2 )、2 0 .10 % (39/ 194 )和 0 .57% (1/ 94 )。结论In July August, 1985,9 410 adult female mosquitoes belonging 32 species of 6 gnera were captured from Mengding, Gengma county, Yunnan povince,China. Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Culex fuscocephalus, Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles vagus were the main species of mosquito in the village stable. Aedes albopictus was the superior mosquito species in the bamboo forest. Mosquitoes collected were examined by C6/36 cell method and sucking mouse method.A strain of Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus was isolated from Aedes assamensis. The positive rates of antibodies against JE, Dengue, Chikungunya and Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome viruses were 39.68%(77/194),13.73%(14/102),20.10%(39/194),0.57%(1/194),respectively. The results showed that there exist JE and other arboviral diseases in Mengding.
