摘  要:利用乳猪深低温体外循环模型比较 2种插管法的插管时耗、术中出血、渗血及转流中变温速率、对脑、肾等脏器灌注的影响。结果表明 ,改良组术中出血、转中渗血和插管耗时明显少于常规组 ,而在灌注流量为 80 ml.kg- 1.min- 1时 ,变温速率和对脑、肾等脏器灌注的影响两组则无差别。提示以改良插管法建立体外循环 ,手术简便 ,创伤小 ,对循环系统影响少 。Two different types of artery canulation were established in piglets to study the time consuming, blood losing, changing rate of body temperature, vital organ perfusion during canulation and deep hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass.The results showed that the time consuming, blood losing in femoral artery canulating group were less than those in ascending aorta canulating group, and there were no differences between two groups in changing rate of body temperature, and vital organ perfusion under 80ml·kg 1 ·min 1 flow rate. Established cardiopulmonary bypass using modified femoral artery canulating method is a relatively simple mode, it appeared feasible to preserve thoracic cardiac stability.
