摘　　要：从中药溪黄草 [Rabdosia serra( Maxim.) Hara]中又分离得到一种无定形固体A和一种无色针状晶体 B,A经光谱数据分析鉴定为正十六酸 ( ) ;B经 GC- MS分析确定为 3种甾醇 :2 4 -甲基胆甾醇 ( ) ,豆甾醇 ( ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( ) ,其中化合物 、 、 系首次从溪黄草 [Rabdosia serra( Maxim.)One carboxylic acid and three steroids were isolated from the Chinese herb Rabdosia serra (Maxim.)Hara.Their structures were determined as hexadecanoic acid(Ⅰ),24 methylcholesterol(Ⅱ),stigmasterol(Ⅲ) and β sitosterol(Ⅳ) by spectral analysis and GC MS DS.The compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were found for the first time in the Chinese herb Robdosia serra (Maxim.)Hara.
