中国珍稀植物明党参嫩茎叶挥发油化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用毛细管气相色谱 -质谱 -计算机联用技术对明党参嫩茎叶挥发油的化学成分进行研究。从挥发油中鉴定出 2 7种成分 ,占总油量的 97.50 2 % ,其主要成分是牛儿醇乙酸酯 ( 4 6.636% )、明党参炔 ( 11.4 83% )、β-金合欢烯 ( 10 .986% )。The constituents of the volatile oil of the tender stem and leaf of Changium smyrnioides Wolff is analyzed and identified by techniques of combined capillary gas chromatography mass spectrometry computer.27 constituents have been identified out from the volatile oil,amount to 97 502% the total amount of oil,mainly is Geranyl acetate(46 636%),Changyne(11 483%) and beta Frankness(10 986%).The study provides the basis for elucidating the characteristic chemistry and developing and utilizing the stem and leaf of Changium smyrnioides Wolff.
