摘  要:采用 HPL C法对刺梨 ( Rosa roxburghii Tratt.)等 4种蔷薇属植物在不同生长季节叶片的总黄酮甙含量和甙元配比进行了分析测定。结果表明 :不同采摘期的华西蔷薇 ( R.moyesii Hemsl.et Wils.)、绣球蔷薇 ( R.glomerata Rehd.et Wils.)和峨嵋蔷薇 ( R.omeiensis Rolfe)的叶片总黄酮甙含量有较大的差异 ,一般在展叶期黄酮含量较低 ,随后叶片黄酮含量升高 ,果实成熟后叶片黄酮含量又降低 ;三个种叶片的总黄酮甙平均含量分别为 1.58% ,1.95%和 1.4 2 % ,黄酮甙元以槲皮素为主。不同采叶时间的刺梨叶片总黄酮甙含量差别较小 ,平均含量为 2 .4 9% ,甙元中山奈酚占有较高的比例 ,果实成熟期刺梨叶片黄酮甙含量高达 2 .84 % ,具有较高开发利用潜力。The contents of total flavonol glycosides in leaves of four Rosa species collected in various months were determined by HPLC.Among the four species, Rosa roxburghii contained the highest concentrations of total flavonol glycosides with average amount 2.49%,and quantitatively little differences occurred in various months.The proportion of Kaempferol in total flavonols in the leaves of Rosa roxburghii was 51.5%.In contrast to that of R.roxburghii ,the contents of total flavonol glycosides varied with the stage of development of the leaves in R.moyesii,R.glomerata and R.omeiensis with the average amount 1.58%,1.95% and 1.42% respectively.The contents of flavonoid in leaves of the three species were low in April,then getting higher with the development of leaves and decreased as the fruit ripened.The flavnovols of leaves were mainly comprised of quercetin in the three species.
