摘　　要：对某住宅楼地基处理方案进行了介绍,分别阐述了采用冲击成孔灌注桩处理地基的施工步骤及操作要点,并提出相关技术要求及应注意事项,对今后同类地基处理工程具有一定的借鉴作用。The paper introduces the residential building foundation treatment scheme,respectively describes the construction procedure and operation points of foundation treatment with compacting bored pile,and puts forward relevant technical requirements and matters needing attention,which has provided certain referring value for similar foundation treatment engineering in future.
