摘　　要：将管理学上的存货模型这一决策模型运用于城市土地储备开发中,对储备量、收储时间、收储周期等指标进行了计算,为城市土地储备开发在土地储备量、储备时间、储备进程上为决策者提供依据。The paper applies reserve model in management into urban land reserve development,calculates reserve amount,reserving time and reserving cycle and other indicators,which has provided some basis for urban land reserve and development in aspects of land reserve amount,reserving time and reserving schedule.
