摘　　要：建构中国化马克思主义哲学新形态,需要追问的基本问题包括:中国化马克思主义哲学新形态的内涵、基本特征及其"合法性"以及中国化马克思主义哲学"新形态"与"历史形态"之间的关系等。中国化马克思主义哲学新形态具有存在性内涵和历史性内涵,它充分体现了马克思主义哲学的思想方法和文化特征,是对中国现实及实践的马克思主义哲学提问,体现了马克思主义哲学中国化的当代诉求,它具有发展形式、理论成果和价值生成等方面的"合法性"。Meta philosophy theory has important value in exploring theoretical problem of the new form of Chinese Marxism philosophy.In the process of this construction,＂problem＂ and ＂method＂ are unified,the ＂problem＂ highlights the ＂method＂,and ＂method＂ implicates ＂problem＂.At the present stage,exploring the ＂problem＂ has specific meaning.Hare are four ＂elements＂ to be discussed：History morphological and new form of Chinese Marx philosophy,the ＂legitimacy＂ of Chinese Marxism,the connotation and basic characteristics of the new form of Chinese Marxism philosophy,and etc.The construction of the new form of Chinese Marxism philosophy will make the intrinsic logic of concept specific,and lay the theoretical foundation.
