摘　　要：城市是区域的组成单元,其竞争力构成了区域竞争力的微观基础。从整个区域而言,除了可对单个城市的竞争力进行比较以外,区域内城市结合所形成的组合效应也是区域城市竞争力的重要体现。通过城市相互作用对区域竞争力进行分析,阐述了吸引人才和配置资源对区域内城市竞争力的影响。City is the regional composition unit,and its competitiveness is the microcosmic foundation of the regional competitiveness.From the whole region,besides comparison of cities separately,the combination effect of regional cities is an important embodiment of competitiveness.This paper,based on the analysis of the regional competitiveness from the interaction of the cities,discusses the regional city competitiveness mainly from the talents and the allocation of resources perspectives.
