摘　　要：后金融危机时代给我国经济发展带来诸多挑战和困难,而自主创新是走出困境,应对后金融危机时代的必然选择。通过对对自主创新化"危"为"机"作用的分析,剖析了自主创新对企业和经济发展的重要性。指出金融危机为自主创新所带来的新机遇,并以河南省为例。提出了后金融危机时代河南省推动自主创新的具体策略。The post financial crisis era has brought mang challenges and difficulties of China＇s economic development. The independent innovation is the inevitable choice of cope with the difficulties and the influence of the post financial crisis era. According to the analysis of the role of inde- pendent innovation of transfer ＂ crisis＂ into ＂ opportunity＂ , the paper analyzed the importance of independent innovation to enterprises and economic development. And pointed out that the financial crisis has brought new opportunities for independent innovation. And take Henan Province as an example, put forward the independent innovation strategy for the post financial crisis era.
