摘　　要：200 kW脉宽机高末帘栅压约27 kV,而采样电压仅需几V。要对高末帘栅压进行实时采样,既要保障发射机工作的安全,又要确保采样电路安全,同时采样信息必须实时、准确。并要求采样电路具有耐高压、抗干扰的特性。200 kW pulse width machine high end of the curtain gate voltage is as high as 27, 000 volts, while the sampling voltage is only a few volts. In real-time sampling of the pressure on the high end of the curtain gate, it is necessary to protect the security of the transmitter and the sampling circuit, which requires that the sampling circuit have the characteristics of high pressure and anti-interference.
