摘 要:目的探讨基于学习小组的学生讲授结合教师评讲的"结合式教学模式"在药理学教学中的效果。方法随机抽取广东药学院2009级的4个班级共248人为实验组,采取结合式教学法;另外同级4个班251人为对照组,采用传统教学法,期末分别对考试成绩和问卷调查进行统计学处理。结果实验组药理学考试优良率为34.7%,对照组为20.3%,前者明显高于后者(χ2=9.963,P<0.01),两者的及格率分别为90.7%和85.7%,其差异无显著性意义(χ2=2.652,P>0.05)。问卷调查表明,大多数学生认为结合式教学法加强了他们的自主学习能力,提高了药理学学习兴趣。结论整合了欧美药理学教学模式的结合式教学模式收到了良好的教学效果,提高了学生综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of integration teaching mode that combined students giving lectures based study team and teacher comment on pharmacology study. Methods Four classes including 248 students who are ready to study pharmacology were randomly drawn and given integration teaching mode as experimental group, the parallel four classes were given traditional teaching methods as control group. Their examination scores and questionnaire findings were statistical analyzed after the final examination. Results The percentage of the students who passed the final examination was 90. 7% in the experimental group and 85.7%o in the control group (χ^2=2. 652, P〉0.05). There was a very significant difference in the 34. 7% in the experimental group and 20.3% in the control group (χ^2= 9. 963, P〈0.01). The vast maiority of students were willing to receive the integration teaching mode. At the same time they felt that integration teaching mode was beneficial to strengthen their in dependent learning ability and improve learning interest. Conclusion Integration teaching mode having successful European and American experiences enable students to acquire more pharmacological pro fessional knowledge and enhance their overall ability.
