摘 要:采用3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)和丙烯酸丁酯改性I-型聚磷酸铵(APP-I),用傅里叶红外和X射线光电子能谱证明了APP-I的表面改性是成功的;并将改性后的产品作为阻燃剂对聚丙烯(PP)进行阻燃改性。实验表明,改性后的APP-I(BKAPP-I)水溶性有了很大改善,阻燃性能也有了一定提高,采用热重分析研究了复合材料的热稳定性,改性产品能明显提高复合材料的热稳定性。In this paper, 3-( methacryloyl-oxy )propyl trimethoxysilane (KH570)and butyl acrylate, were used to modify the ammonium polyphosphate crystalline with form I (APP-I). The results of Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)illustrated that APP-I was successfully modified by 3- (methacryloyl-oxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and butyl acrylate. Experimental results showed that the flame retardant properties and water resistance of BKAPP-I/PP/PER composites were much better than that of APP-I/PP/PER. The results of TG showed that BKAPP-I/PP/PER composite was beneficial to increase the amount of residual chars and the thermal stability.
