摘 要:通过反应性挤出成功制备了聚苯硫醚/环氧树脂(PPS/EP)和聚苯硫醚/尼龙66/环氧树脂(PPS/PA66/EP)合金,并对其机械、流变性能和断面形貌进行了测试。在PPS/EP合金中,EP的加入会使PPS发生扩链反应,提高了其机械和流变性能,扩大了其加工和适用范围。在PPS/PA66/EP合金中,低含量EP的加入,会使PPS发生扩链反应,提高了合金的拉伸和冲击性能。随着EP用量的继续增加,EP会使PPS和PA66发生接枝反应,生成的PPS-g-PA66分散在PPS和PA66的界面上,提高了两相间的黏结力和降低了两相的界面张力,对合金的拉伸和冲击性能有利。更高含量的EP会使PA66交联和发生自固化反应,固化的EP由于与PPS不相容,容易成为应力集中点分散在材料中,使合金机械性能变坏。The PPS/EP and PPS/PA66/EP alloys were successfully prepared via the reactive extrusion. Their mechanical properties, rheologieal properties and fracture morphology were measured. In PPS/EP alloy, the chain-extended reaction of PPS was carried out due to the addition of EP. And its mechanical properties and rheological property were greatly improved, insulting in a wider application of PPS. In PPS/ PA66/EP alloy, the addition of EP would first selectively react with the chain end groups of PPS, resulting in a chain-extended PPS which could improve the tensile strength and impact strength of the alloy. As the content of EP persistently increased, PPS-g-PA66 was produced. The PPS-g-PA66 compatilizer could exist in the interphase between PPS and PA and improve their interfacial adhesion, which might be of greatly benefit to the tensile and impact strength of alloy. However, when the content of EP was much more excessive, the cross-linking reaction of PA66 and the curing reaction of EP could take place. The cured EP which was dispersed in the matrix would reduce the mechanical properties of alloy due to the immiscibility between the curing EP and PPS.
