摘  要:采用耐高温环氧树脂四缩水甘油基-4,4'-二氨基二苯醚涂覆碳纤维,通过熔融共混制备界面性能得到改善的碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚复合材料。用不同浓度的环氧丙酮溶液浸泡处理碳纤维,并对制得的复合材料力学性能和断面形貌进行表征。结果表明,在实验范围内,2%的环氧丙酮溶液处理碳纤维后,材料的性能最好,拉伸和冲击强度分别达到150.5 MPa和40.2 kJ/m2。并通过动态力学和差示扫描量热等手段研究了碳纤维表面环氧含量不同对复合材料的动态力学性能和熔融结晶行为的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,2%的环氧溶液处理碳纤维制得的复合材料的储能模量和结晶温度均最高。Carbon fiber which was coated with high temperature resistance epoxy resin (TGDDE) reinforced polyphenylene sulfide composite were prepared using a twin-extruder. The mechanical properties, fracture morphology of PPS/CF composites which CF had been immersed by different concentration of TGDDE solution were mainly investigated. The results showed after the carbon fiber was treated by 2% TGDDE solution, the material had the best property, the tensile and the impact strength was 150. 5 MPa and 40. 2 kJ/m2. The effects of EP content of the carbon fiber on the dynamic property and melting crystallization behavior were studied by dynamic tests and DSC. The results showed the storage modulus and crystallization temperatures were higher when the concentration of EP solution was 2%.
