摘  要:血栓弹力图是动态凝血过程中切应力大小随时间变化的描记 ,也是复弹性模量大小的直接反映。提出了一个新的三参数的数学模型表达血栓弹力图 ,研究了模型参数变化对模型曲线的影响及模型参数与血栓弹力图临床参数间的对应关系 ,给出了模型参数确切的生理、病理意义。对西苑医院大量血栓弹力图的拟合表明 ,该模型能比较精确地表达正常及各种病理条件下不正常血栓弹力图的完整变化曲线 ,而且参数少 ,拟合出的参数值相当确定 。The Thrombelastograph (TEG) is the continuous recording of the stress during dynamic process of blood coagulation and also reflects the variation of the absolute value of complex elasticity modulus. A new mathematical model with only three parameters is proposed to describe the whole TEG. The effects of the model parameters on the TEG curve and the correspondent relationship between the model parameters and the clinical ones of TEG are studied. The physiological and pathological meanings of these model parameters are clearly explained. After fitting many TEGs this mathematical model was found to be suitable to describe the whole TEG under normal condition and abnormal conditions of various diseases. Moreover the values of these parameters which give clear information on coagulation for clinical diagnosis can be aceurately deterined from the fitting of TEG, due to the small number of the parameters in the model.
