摘　　要：目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声引导在小针刀治疗项背筋膜炎中的应用价值。方法:2011年1月-2012年1月106例项背筋膜炎患者,随机分为引导组和盲穿组,比较两组的治疗疗效。结果:引导组治愈率为60.4%,总有效率为94.3%,高于盲穿组(P<0.05)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声引导下小针刀治疗项背筋膜炎明显优于传统盲穿法,可为操作者提供高质量实时监控,使操作更为快捷、准确、安全,显著提高疗效,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound-guided little needle knife in the treatment of neck back fasciitis.Method：From January 2011 to January 2012,106 patients of neck back fasciitis who were treated in our hospital and Nan-Shan people＇s hospital were selected for the study.All patients were randomly divided into guidance group（53 patients,with high frequency color Doppler ultrasound-guided）and blind puncture group（53 patients,without high frequency color Doppler ultrasound-guided）.The effect of treatment of those patients were compared.Result：The cure rate of guidance group was 60.4% and the total effective rate of guidance group was 94.3%,better than the blind puncture group（P0.05）.Conclusion：High frequency color Doppler ultrasound guided little needle knife in the treatment of neck back fasciitis is remarkable better than the traditional blind puncture,it can provide high quality real-time monitoring to the operator and can make the operation more quick、exact and safe,it can remarkably improve the curative effect and is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice
