新生儿重症监护室内的发育支持护理的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿重症监护室内应用发育支持护理的临床护理效果。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院重症监护室收治的新生儿100例,对照组采用常规传统方法护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行发育支持护理。结果:出生后2周研究组体重和摄奶量的增加量明显高于对照组,且研究组神经行为评分明显高于对照组。结论:对重症监护室新生儿实施发育支持护理,可提高新生儿摄奶量,促进新生儿生长发育,改善其神经行为。Objective：To explore the clinical nursing care effect of development support care apply in ICU neonatal.Method：Randomly selected neonatal 100 cases,the control group with normal traditional method nursing,the research group apply in development supportive care.Result：2 weeks after birth,the research group weight and intake of milk increase significantly higher than the control group,and neurobehavioral scores significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion：To apply development support care in neonatal,can increase the intake of milk,promote the newborn growth and development,improve the neural behavior.
