人文素质教育与女大学生创新意识培养的关系

摘　　要：高等教育重视女大学生创新人才培养是新世纪全面推进素质教育的重要组成部分,而通过文学与文化应用教育对女大学生人文素质的提升具有重要意义。人文教育以"文"化"人",培养现代女性意识和独立自主的健全人格,目的是培养能够哲思、敢言、能写、果行的现代知识分子,主要途径是通过女性意识与人文教育、女性教育与教学研究、女性素质教育与实践能力培养三个主要方面的综合思考,培养优秀的女性创新人才。大学能够造就既具有科学知识,又有人文情怀的栋梁之才是现代高等教育的理想境界。Higher education pays attention to cultivating female college students into innovative talents,which is an important part of promoting quality education in the new century.And literature and culture＇s applied education has important significance to improve the female college students＇ humanities quality.Humanistic education educates ＂people＂ with ＂literature＂,cultivates the modern female consciousness and the independent sound personality.The goal is to cultivate the modern intellectuals,who have philosophical thought,the courage to voice their opinions and behave decisively,as well as good writing ability.The main way is through the comprehensive thinking of three major aspects,namely,the female consciousness and humanistic education,female education and teaching study,female quality education and practical ability cultivation,to train outstanding female innovative talents.University is the ideal place for modern higher education to cultivate the talents of country,who have scientific knowledge and humanistic feelings.
