摘　　要：高校90后学生群体的出现和传统德育模式的缺陷决定了德育模式向德育文化模式方面转变;高校德育文化建设必须注重文化自觉,增强德育文化的调控力;德育文化建设的主要内容是将国学精粹结合现时代需求进行现代性转换,并积极寻求与异质文化的文化共性。The emergence of the post-90s generation students and the shortage of traditional moral education model result in the change from moral education model to moral cultural education model.Cultural consciousness should be paid more attention to in the development of college moral education and control power of moral education culture should be enhanced.In a word,the major conception of construction of moral education culture refers to modern transferring Chinese essence combined with time demands,seeking actively culture generality from heterogeneous culture.
