摘　　要：从传统基础网络运营商向现代综合信息服务提供商的转型已经进行了七八年,如今,运营商在得益于转型积累的丰富实践经验和理论成果的同时,也为＂量收剪刀差＂的扩大而纠结和困惑。It has been 7-8 years since telecom operators started the transition from traditional basic network operators to modern integrated information service providers.Today operators are in great hesitation and confusion about the scissors effect between traffic and profit while benefiting from the fruitful practical experience and theoretical results accumulated through transformation.Questions have arose on next step what new changes will take place,which new difficulties operators will be facing,how do operators achieve the sustainable development by taking advantage of the pipeline in telecom market? On October 31,Wei Leping,the Executive Deputy Director of Telecommunication Technology Committee of MIIT addressed a topic in CATR Lecture Hall entitled 'the future of telecommunication industry and the thinking about‘de-telecom’',talking about his insight about the development of telecommunications in the next step.Yeas of rich work experience in manufacturing industry,universities,research institutions and operator made Wei Leping the best combination of Industry-Academy-Research who believes that the first task of successful transformation for operators is to'de-telecom'.In addition to the reform of institutional mechanisms,operators should also implement a series of profound change in concept and philosophy of technology.In the future,operators will continue to be pipeline-based,providing integrated service platform and extending to information services and entertainment,'It would create a colorful era based on video and media'.
