摘 要:采用循环伏安法分别研究了不同锌离子浓度下模拟液及堆浸液电积锌过程。研究结果表明,无论是模拟液还是实际堆浸液,电积锌循环伏安过程为不可逆过程。而不同扫描速度下锌离子浓度为13g/L模拟液及堆浸液的电沉积锌循环伏安研究结果表明,反应物四羟基络合锌离子在电极上为弱吸附。对瓦斯灰堆浸液进行串联电解,所得的锌粉在JSM-6510LV钨灯丝扫描电子显微镜上进行分析,电解锌粉含Cu为2.14%,含铁为0.26%,含锌为97.7%,锌粉符合国家三级以上标准。Zinc electrowinning process and simulated heap leaching solution of different zinc ion concentration were studied by using cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that, no matter simulated heap leaching solution or real one, cyclic voltammetry process of zinc electrowinning is irreversible. While the study on the cyclic voltammetry of zinc electrodeposition in simulation and leap solution of zinc ion concentration of ]3g/L under different scanning speeds indicated that the tetrahydroxy zinc complex is a weak absorption on the electrode. The electrolysis of gas ash heap leaching solution was carried out in series and the obtained zinc powder was analyzed under JSM-6510LV tungsten fila ment scanning electron microscopy. The electrolytic zinc powder containing Cu 2.14 %, iron 0.26 % and zinc 97.7% was in conformance with national standards,
