摘  要:建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定石灰石、冶金石灰中氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅和磷的方法。试样以四硼酸锂做熔剂、溴化铵做脱模剂制备玻璃熔片,以标准物质和高纯碳酸钙制备标准样片做校正曲线,应用基本参数法进行校正回归,试样测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=10)RSD在0.20%~3.50%之间。用化学法同时进行比对试验,两种方法的测定结果相符,满足石灰石、冶金石灰的检测需求。A method to determine calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide and phosphorus in limestone and metallurgical lime by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) was established. Lithium tetraborate was used as fluxing agent and ammonium bromide as mould lubricant to prepare glass fuse piece, while standard material and high-purity calcium carbonate was used to prepare standard sample piece for calibration curve; and fundamental pa- rameter method was adopted to calibrate regression. The relative standard deviation (n= 10) RSD of sample meas- urements ranged between 0.20%-3.50 %. Comparative tests were carried out simultaneously using chemical method. Measurement results of the two methods were in conformity, satisfying the requirements of limestone and metallurgical lime analysis.
