摘  要:对高碳抗疲劳应力钢TiN夹杂物特点及其影响因素进行了分析,并结合热力学计算,对铸坯中TiN夹杂物析出行为进行分析和讨论,提出铸坯中TiN夹杂物为凝固过程中由于溶质元素选份结晶导致凝固前沿局部区域形成Ti和N元素的富集而析出形成。结合工业试验中TiN夹杂物特点和工艺控制水平,提出了相应的控制措施。The characteristics and influencing factors of TiN inclusions in round billets of high carbon and anti-fa tigue stress steel were presented. The precipitation behaviors of TiN inclusions in round billets were analyzed and dis cussed using thermodynamics calculation. It was suggested that the precipitation of TiN incmusions is caused by segre gation of Ti and N on solidification fronts during solidification process. Relevant control measures were forwarded in light of the characteristics of TiN inclusions and process control level in the industrial trials.
