湖北潜江灰潮土中费氏中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium fredii)多样性的研究

摘　　要：用5种代表性大豆为捕集植物从湖北潜江灰潮土中经盆栽试验分离筛选出50株费氏中华根瘤菌，对它们的生长速度、耐盐性、pH生长范围、天然抗药性、碳氮源利用和共生效应等同时进行了比较研究，证实了同一土壤环境中费氏中华根瘤菌群体的多样性。Biological characteristics of 50 Sinorhizobium fredii strains isoated dri gray soil in Qianiang County, Hubei Province, were studied in comparison with reference strain USDA205. It was found that generation time of the strains were 2.5 - 5. 2 hours. Their salt tolerance, intrinsic antibiotics resistance, carbon and nitrogen soures requirement and symbiotic efficiency with soybean cultivar.1041 were also compared. The results reVealed that biodivareity was also exist in Sinorhizobium fredii population in the same soil environment.
