牛头刨床的多目标优化设计

摘　　要：牛头刨床在设计过程中受到多项设计指标的影响。采用多目标优化设计,在机构的行程速比系数一定时,机构最大压力角最小时,机构的运动性能会趋优。依据机构的几何关系,从满足机构运动性能出发,建立机构优化设计的数学模型,利用Powell法求解最佳值,得到牛头刨床相对合理的设计参数,并给出一个应用实例。In the designing process shaper is influenced by various design indexes.When the ratio of constitution＇s route speed is certain and the greatest pressure angle of constitution is smallest,the movement performance of constitution will tend to be optimized by adopting multi-objective optimized design.According to the geometry relation of constitution,this paper starts from satisfying movement function of constitution,and establishes math mode of optimized design.By using Powell method to seek the optimum value,it can get rational designing parameter of shaper,and gives one applicable case.
