摘　　要：阐述了智能电网的重要性,分析了智能用电和智能电表及其特点,详细论述了智能电表在智能用电中的重要作用,即提高负荷预测准确度、优化首选新能源、提高分布式能源利用效率、提供故障分析依据、提供智能化需求侧管理、实现用户参与互动、创建电网友好环境、杜绝传统窃电行为、加快电力营销现代化进程等.指出智能电表是智能电网的重要基础装备,必将对实现智能电网发挥着重要的支撑作用.The importance of intelligent power grid is expounded;the intelligent power consumption and intelligent electric meter and its characteristics are analyzed.The important role of the intelligent electric meter in intelligent power is discussed in detail,namely,increasing the accuracy of load forecasting,optimizing the first choice of new energy,improving the distributed energy utilization efficiency,providing failure analysis basis,realizing intelligent demand side management and the interaction with user,to participating in creating friendly environment of grid,stop the traditional electricity-stealing behavior,speeding up the electric power marketing modernization process,etc.Intelligent electric meter is the important basic equipment of the intelligent power grid,which plays an important role in supporting the intelligent power grid.
