摘　　要：目的测定小鼠抗人单克隆抗体CD148及膜蛋白Ⅵ(GPⅥ)在健康人血小板表面的表达及两者之间的关系,为以后研究它们在血小板功能中的作用奠定一定的基础。方法抽取21例健康志愿者的静脉血,应用流式细胞仪同时测定CD148及GPⅥ在血小板表面的表达。结果 GPⅥ的表达[(4.36±0.66)MFI]结果与CD148[(4.70±0.85)MFI]相似,CD148与GPⅥ的相关系数为0.53,相关性分析差异显著(P<0.05),二者之间有很好的相关性。结论 CD148与GPⅥ在健康人血小板均有表达,表达的荧光强度相似,两者之间呈正相关,为以后研究CD148与GPⅥ在血小板的作用奠定了一定的基础。Objective To determine the expression of CD148 and GP Ⅵ on the platelet surface in healthy volunteers. Methods Blood samples of 21 healthy volunteers were collected. CD148 and GP Ⅵ expression on the surface of platelets in 21 volunteers were measured by flow cytometry. Results Expression levels of CD148 [（4.70±0.85）MFI] was similar to GPⅥ [（4.36± 0.66）MFI]. There was no significant difference between expression of CD148 and GPⅥ. Relation coefficient（R） of CD148 and GPⅥ is 0.53 （P0.05,P=0.0137）. Conclusions In healthy volunteers＇ the platelet expression levels of CD148 and GPⅥ are in similar pattern and closely correlated.
