摘  要:通过对麻赛尔纱线进行针织常用组织的编织,测试了其拉伸、顶破、耐磨和抗起毛起球性能.与棉针织物和再生竹纤维针织物对比,结果表明麻赛尔纤维纱线具有较好的可编织性,能进行常规针织产品的开发;麻赛尔纤维及纱线的强力较好,其制成针织物的拉伸、顶破及耐磨性均优于同规格的棉和竹纤维针织物,但其抗起毛起球性较差,在生产过程中要采取相应措施以降低其制成服装的起球现象.In order to have a better understanding and using of the performance on the Jutecell knitted fabric, the commonly knitting constructions were knitted. Mechanical properties such as stretching, bursting, abrasion-resistant and anti-pilling were tested on the Jutecell, bamboo and cotton knitted fabrics. The results shown that : the Jutecell fiber yarn has a good knit ability, it can be knitted as common product ; the stretching, bursting and abrasion-resistant of the fabrics knitted by Jutecell yarn are better than that the same specifications of cotton and bamboo fiber knitted fabrics; but its anti-pilling performance is poor, a appropriate measures must be taken in the process of the production to reduce the pilling phenomenon of clothes made by Jutecell yams.
