中国卫生统计信息机构管理体制现状分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查卫生信息统计机构管理体制现状,了解分析我国卫生统计信息机构发展现状及主要存在问题。方法通过问卷调查等方式对全国448家卫生统计信息机构进行调查。结果我国东、中、西不同区域卫生统计与信息化机构设置情况有统计学差别(χ2=49.987,P<0.001),东部地区有23.5%的地区专设了卫生统计信息机构,而西部地区为14.5%;东、中、西不同区域卫生行政机构专职统计人数情况有统计学差别(χ2=11.879,P<0.05),东部和中部地区有专职统计人员的比例高于西部地区;东部和中部地区有专职信息化人员的比例高于西部地区(χ2=25.241,P<0.001)。结论卫生统计信息机构体制尚不完善,卫生统计信息标准不统一。Objective The analysis in question attempted to obtain an understanding of the current development of health statistics in China and of its problem and hence put forward countermeasures.Method Questionnaires were designed and employed toinvestigate 448 health statistics agencies.Excel and SPSS were also used to conduct statistical analysis of the data collected.Results The basic situation of the health statistics agencyhas statistical significance.Information agency for health statistics and the number of part-time workers in the eastern,central and western regions did not differ.Conclusion The researchers urge that we should advance the reform of health statistics agencies,standardize health statistics rules,and promote the development of health statistics.
