摘  要:目的通过对中国省级卫生统计信息机构人员现状进行调查,了解目前卫生统计信息机构在中国的发展现状,总结其问题所在,提出相应的对策建议。方法通过问卷调查等方式,对全国31家省级卫生统计信息机构进行调查。结果 31家省级卫生统计信息机构中,29家设立了卫生统计信息机构,41.9%的机构编制人数为6~10人,58.1%的机构无专职统计工作职工,58.1%的机构无专职信息化工作职工,67.7%的机构称需要统计专业人才3~5人,35.5%的机构称需要11~20人信息专业人才。结论省级卫生统计信息机构大部分为全额拨款机构,均有编制岗位,但其专职统计、信息专业人才不足,无法满足机构的实际需求。Objective The survey was designedto evaluate the demand of resources allocation among the staff from provincial level health statistics agencies in China and to provide information for the study of health resources allocation and information technology.Method Questionnaires were used toinvestigate 31 provincial health statistics agencies.Excel and SPSS were also employed for statistical analysis of the data.Results In the 31 provincial-level health statistics agencies survey,29 established health statistics information institutions.41.9%of the agencieshad 6~10 staff members.58.1% do not have full-time staff members.However,the survey showed that 67.7% of the health statistics or information agencies were in need of 3~5 statistical background staff and 35.5% 3~5 informational background staff.Conclusion Most of the provincial health statistics agencies had full time positions available,but lacking full-time staff of statistics,information professional major,and thus are unable to meet the actual needs of the institutions.
