摘　　要：团体心理咨询中领导者扮演着各种有利于团体积极、健康发展而所需的多元角色。一个合格的团体心理咨询领导者应该根据团体的性质、内容、目标、团体成员的个性特征等多种因素恰当、灵活地扮演好领导者、导演、倾听者、陪伴者、观察员等多种角色。团体领导者扮演好多元角色的主旨在于更好地促进团体动力,提高助人自助的团体心理咨询能力。The author opines thata qualified group psychological counseling leader should be able to play various rolesbased on the nature of the group,group content,group objectives and thecharacteristics of group members.The part which s/he plays in group counseling can be that of a leader,a director,a listener,a companion,an observer,a launcher and a facilitator ofgroup dynamic,a protector of the group members,a person to be treated and agrowthleader,etc.The requirement that a group leader is able to play multiple roles is set to promoteteamwork andimprove thegroup＇s professional capability.
