摘　　要：简约化教务管理流程在分析现有流程的基础上,需对教务系统进行改进。本文以外语等级考试及岗位实习与毕业设计环节的跟踪记录为例,研究了信息技术下的教务管理简约流程的实现。In order to simplify the educational administration processes, analysis of existing processes and improvement of the current processes is necessary. Taking the foreign language grade examination and the track record of the post practice ＆ graduation design as examples, the paper studied the implementation of educational administration＇s simple process in A college under the information technology.
