浅谈德阳市三大产业发展的制度优化措施

摘　　要：制度优化是实现经济发展的重要途径。为了推动经济发展，地方政府需要制度优化。以德阳市为例，把经济活动分解为三大产业，开展制度优化。并为三大产业制度优化提出了具体的措施。The system optimization is an important approach for the realization of the economic development. In order to promote the economic development, the local government must be optimized systematically. Taking Deyang City as an example, this paper divides the economic activities into three major industries and carry out the system optimization and put forward some measures for the system optimization of the three major industries.
