摘  要:克服小水电站上网对配电网电压质量和可靠性的不利影响是亟待解决的问题。建立了丰水季节小水电串灯笼接线方式的仿真模型,提出了配电线路导线优化更换和变电站调压的策略,以解决由于小水电接入所致的电网无功过剩和电压偏高问题。对某地区电网进行了实际模型验算,结果显示,所提出的策略改善该地区的无功电压水平,并取得了很好的社会经济效益。It is urgent to overcome the adverse effect of small hydropower plant group integrated into a distribution network on its voltage quality and reliability. A simulation model for a kind of the plant group in wet-season serial lantern connection is set up in this paper, and the strategy of optimal replacing distribution lines and regulating substation voltage is put forward for solving the problem of excess reactive power and high voltage of a distribution network due to integration of the plant group. A regional power network is taken as an example, and varification calculations are carried out with the actual model of the network, and it is concluded that the proposed stragegy can improve the reactive voltage of the network, and produce very good economic and social benefits.
