养血疏肝方改善放射性肝损伤临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察自拟养血疏肝方在改善放射性肝损伤中的作用。方法 60例放射性肝损伤病人用随机数字表法分为2组:中药组32人予养血疏肝方加减及熊去氧胆酸胶囊口服,对照组28人予熊去氧胆酸胶囊口服,分别检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)及甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平变化。结果中药组较对照组患者的临床症状及肝功能、AFP改善明显(P<0.05)。结论养血疏肝方在改善放射性肝损伤中起到了很大作用。Objective To explore the clinic effect of Yangxue Shugan in Decoction treating radiation-induced liver injury.Methods 60 patients with radiation-induced liver injury were randomly divided into the treated group Decoction and the control group.The treated group were treated with Yangxue Shugan Decoction and ursodeoxycholic acid capsule,while the control group being treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule only.The clinical effects were observed and the levels of ALT、AST、TBIL and AFP in plasma were detected.Results Comparing with the control group,the clinical symptoms and liver function,and the levels of AFP in the treated group were all significantly improved（P0.05）.Conclusion Yangxue Shugan Decoction has good effect in treating radiation-induced liver injury.
