摘  要:针对油田开发后期油井维护难度大的问题,华北油田采油三厂转变观念,实施系统精细化管理模式,以油井系统效率为目标,在人员、制度、油井维护等方面实施细化管理。203井次的措施效果显著:降低了油井维护成本,油井平均系统效率提高了2个百分点,措施井年累计节电98.55×104kWh,全年月平均采油时率超过95%,实现了油井的节能降耗、高效开采。For the large difficulty of oil well maintenance in the later stage of oilfield development, the fine management model has been implemented to improve system efficiency of oil well by changing the concepts of No.3 exploit factory of Huabei oilfield, on aspects of staff, system, oil well maintenance and so on. The cost of maintaining oil well has been reduced, the average system efficiency of oil well has increased to 2 percentage points, 98.55×10 4 kWh/a electric power has been saved, the monthly average of 95% production rate has been exceeded, the energy-saving & consumption-reducing and the high-efficiency exploration can be achieved.
