江西省某县农村已婚妇女生育状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解江西省农村妇女的生育状况,为改善农村妇女的生殖健康提供依据,更好的预防妇科疾病的发生。方法:经过培训的调查员对研究对象统一编号、登记,填写知情同意书,采用自愿接受调查的原则,由调查员单独询问每个研究对象并填写问卷调查表。调查内容包括:基本情况、初婚初育年龄、生育史、流产史等。结果:共调查4060名农村妇女,平均年龄为42.9岁;职业以务农和家务劳动为主;35-44岁年龄段所占人数最多。95.7%的妇女结婚1次;结婚2次的占4.1%。初次生育年龄19-23岁妇女的比例是78.0%;50.4%的妇女生育2个小孩;4个以上小孩的占15.9%。结论:农村妇女一半以上生育2胎或更多小孩。Objective： to understand the childbearing condition of rural women in Jiangxi, in order to provide a basis for improving the rural women＇ s reproductive health, and for better prevention of gynecological diseases. Methods： trained investigators registered the objects of study and fill in the informed consent. The principle of voluntary acceptance of the investigation was adopted. Investigators interviewed the objects of study separately and filled in questionnaires. The investigation content includes： basic situation, the first marriage and childbearing age, reproductive history, abortion history, etc. Results： 4060 rural women were investigated, average age 42. 9 years old and occupation farming and housework. The most percentage of them aged 35 - 44 years. 95.7% of the women have married once; 4. 1% twice. 78% of the women gave the first childbirth 19 -23 years old. 50.4% of them gave birth to 2 children; more than 4 children 15.9%. Conclusion： More than half of the rural women have 2 or more children.
