摘　　要：根据恰希玛二期(C-2)核电厂功率运行阶段调试性能试验数据,从工程设计、系统调试等各方面寻找电功率未达到预期值的原因,提出技术见解。并以此为例,对核电厂设计和调试等方面提出优化方案和注意事项。According to the power operation performance test data of Chashima-Ⅱ（C-2） Nuclear Power Plant,the causes of the power problem that the level could not reach the predictive value were found out in each aspect of design and system commission,and the technical opinion was given.Further more,the optimized scheme and attentions focused on nuclear power plant design and commission were stated.
