滨南采油厂超稠油乳化降黏研究

摘  要:研究了温度、碱(NaOH和Na_2CO_3)及3种表面活性剂(SDS、SDBS和OP一10)对滨南采油厂超稠油降黏效果的影响。结果表明:超稠油黏度随温度升高而降低,当温度高于65℃时,黏度随温度的升高而下降缓慢;NaOH和Na_2CO_3对该稠油有很好的降黏效果,最佳添加质量分数分别为0.12%和0.18%;SDS、SDBS和OP-10的降黏效果也很好,最佳添加质量分数分别为0.2%,0.2%和0.9%;实验确定的降黏剂的最佳配方为:NaOH质量分数为0.06%,SDBS质量分数为0.14%,OP一10质量分数为0.22%,此时降黏率可达95.81%。The effect of different temperatures,alkali(NaOH and Na2CO3) and three different surface active agents(SDS,SDBS and OP-10) on reducing the viscosity of Binnan super heavy oil was studied.The results showed that the viscosity of super heavy oil decreased with the temperature increasing.When the temperature was above 65℃,the viscosity decreased slowly and stabilized gradually.Both NaOH and Na_2CO_3 had a good effect on reducing the viscosity of Binan super heavy oil,the optimal dosage was 0.12%and 0.18%respectively.SDS,SDBS and OP-10 are also effective in reducing the viscosity of heavy oil,the optimal dosage is 0.2%,0.2% and 0.9%,respectively.The optimum composition was gained as follows:the dosage of NaOH, SDBS and OP-10 was 0.06%,0.14%,and 0.22%respectively.The rate of viscosity reduction is 95.81%.
