摘　　要：使用声发射技术对气-液两相流水平管路流动噪声信号进行检测,对采集到的一维时间序列进行小波分解,从流动噪声的角度研究了水平管路气-液两相流分层流向环状流过渡的多尺度能量特征。多尺度能量特征的研究表明分层流和环状流及其过渡状态在流动噪声的声发射能量分布上有着明显的区别。得到的流型转换的数字特征与试验中观察到的流型及其转换阶段是一致的。管道多相流声发射信号能够在多尺度能量分布上表现出两相流系统的复杂性。从而从一个新的角度研究了气-液两相流型转换的特性,为揭示气-液两相流动机理提供了新的手段。Flow noise of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal pipeline detected by using the acoustic emission technique（AE） was processed by wavelet transform.From the view of multi-scale energy distribution of flow noise,the transition characteristic of two-phase flow from stratified flow to annular flow was researched.Conclusions were drawn that stratified flow,annular flow and their transition can be divided clearly through multi-scale energy distribution of flow noise.Results were in accordance with experimental facts.Flow noise reflects the complexity of gas-liquid two-phase flow by means of multi-scale energy distribution.Consequently,flow noise based on acoustic emission is a novel and promising point for researching gas-liquid two-phase flow.
