摘  要:通过对X-荧光光谱法测定铁矿石中铁含量的不确定度进行评定,找到了测量结果的不确定度是由测量的重复性、回归工作曲线、标准物质、样品称量等引入的不确定度分量组成。在对各个不确定度分量进行量化评定的基础上,通过合成得到测量结果的标准不确定度,再乘以95%置信概率下的扩展因子2,得到测量结果的扩展不确定度。找出了影响铁矿石中铁含量分析结果准确性的主要原因,为检化验工作更科学、准确提供了依据。With evaluation of uncertainty in determination of iron content in iron ore with X - ray fluorescent spectroscopy, it is summarized the total uncertainty consists of several components introduced in repeatability of determination, reversion work curve, standard substance, sample weighing. Based on quantitative evalua- tion of various uncertainty components, the standard uncertainty of determination result can be got through composition from the compnents, and with it timed by expansion factor of 2 under confidence probability of 95% , the expanding uncertainty can be got. With the above work the main cause affected accuracy of iron content analysis in iron ore is found, and that guarantees the inspection work more scientific and accurate.
