摘 要:介绍了宣钢公司自主开发的百吨炉区3#转炉底吹透气砖热更换技术的开发设计及应用情况。从渣样中TFe含量、同样碳含量的钢种全氧含量、冶炼同种钢种时的吸收率、终点钢水余锰含量等4个方面对比分析了转炉顶底复合吹炼工艺的冶金效果。应用实际表明,该技术解决了顶底复合吹炼转炉不能同步复吹的技术难题,冶金效果、经济效益显著。It is introduced the design and application of self- developed technique of on - line hot exchange of hot bottom - blown porous bricks in 3# converter in Xuan Steel. It is compared and analyzed the metallurgi- cal result of top and bottom combined blown process of converter from four aspects: content of TFe in slag sample, total oxygen content in steel grades with same carbon content, absorptivity in smelting same steel grade, left manganese content in end molten steel. It is showed from the application that the above technique solves the problem of synchronous combined blown being not able to do in top and bottom combined blown converter, with excellent metallurgical and economic profit.
