摘  要:介绍了宣钢小型轧钢厂一小型车间生产工艺,针对精整收集系统存在的冷床变形严重、对齐辊道传动系统电机减速机损坏量大、下料系统事故频发、链带传送系统地脚断裂、减速机报废等问题分析了原因,提出了优化方案,实施后,收集能力大幅提高,设备故障率、备品备件消耗、工人劳动强度明显降低,完全满足了生产要求和工艺检修维护周期。It is introduced the production process of No. 1 Small Section Steel Mill of Xuan Steel, analyzed the reason for the problems in its finishing and collecting system: cooling bed serious deformed, much quantity of damaged motor and reducer of driving system of aligning rolls, frequently occurred accidents in blanking system, foundation of chain - strip transportation system broken, reducer reported no longer be able to use, proposed the optimization plan. After the plan carried out, the collecting ability is expanded to a large extent, the breakdown rate of equipments, consumption of spare parts and labor strength of workers obviously lowered; the system can meet fully the demand of production and process repair period.
