拦焦车机构的改进

摘　　要：针对宣钢焦化厂4.3 m焦炉拦焦车系统存在的问题,对拦焦车导焦栅吊挂、锁闭机构,导焦装置油缸,液压站及自控照明等设备进行了改进,实施后,消除了栅板变形现象,吊挂轮故障率大大降低;油缸杆更换频率由1.5月2根变为每半年更换2根;液压油的使用周期由3个月更换一次延长至每半年定期更换。不仅有效降低设备维护费用,而且确保了焦炉正常的生产秩序,为后续高炉生产提供了保障,具有很好的推广价值。Against to the problems in operation, the coke guide system of 4.3 m coke oven in Coke Plant of Xuan Steel is improved in aspects of following： suspension of coke grid and lock device, oil tank of coke guiding device, hydraulic station and self- controlled lighting. After that the deformation of grid board is e- liminated, breakdown rate of suspension wheel greatly reduced, exchanging cycle period of pole of oil tank shortened from two per 1.5 months to two per half year, exchanging period of hydraulic oil changed from 3 months to half year. That not only reduces the cost of equipments maintenance, but also guarantees the oper- ation of coke oven.
