摘  要:通过选择合适的堆焊材料和工艺,对邯钢3 000 mm中厚板轧机已失效的锻钢支承辊进行全辊面堆焊修复。经辊型磨削、硬度和超声波检测后上机使用,结果表明,堆焊修复支承辊能够满足中厚板生产的正常使用要求,且辊面状况良好,周期轧制量达到锻钢支承辊的水平,对钢铁企业修旧利废、降本增效具有借鉴意义。By selecting proper build up welding materials and process, Hangang Company repaired the failed forged backup roll of 3 000 mm medium plate mill by entire roll surface backup welding. After grinding, hardness and ultrasonic test, the repaired backup roll was put into operation. The results show that the build up welding repaired backup roll can meet the requirements for normal operation during medium plate rolling with the roll surface conditions in good order and the. regular rolling tonnage equivalent to tbat of forged backup roll, which can be used as reference for iron and steel enterprises in respect of repaired parts reutilization and cost reduction.
