摘　　要：新中国50 年经济运行表明,凡是实行多种经济共同发展方针则民富国强,若实行单一的公有经济则民穷国困。20 世纪的历史证明,国家社会主义与私人资本主义两个极端都不成功,混合经济模式却富有生命力,它将是21 世纪经济发展的方向。years' economic operations of New China indicate that whenever the principle of diversified economy is implemented, people will get rich and the country strong and whenever a single public economy is implemented, people will be poor and the country in difficulties. The history of the 20th century proves that neither the extremes of state socialism nor those of private capitalism will succeed, whereas the model of mixed economy has great vitality. It will be the direction for the 21st century economic development.
