摘  要:示波谐振法测量电容就是用示波器观察RLC串联电路的谐振现象来确定待测电容的值,是测量电容的一种简便方法。理论和实验研究表明,测量灵敏度对测量结果影响较大,电路中标准电感L和标准电阻R的取值对电路灵敏度有较大影响,而电路灵敏度引入的测量不确定度,对测量结果总不确定度影响较大。当L和R的取值使Q≥3时,电路灵敏度已足够高,一般已满足测量的要求。It is simple and convenient to measure the electric capacitance with oscillometric resonance method,where,the resonant phenomenon of an oscilloscope RLC series circuit was used to determine the value of the capacitor.It was shown according to the experiments that the measurement results vary with the measurement sensitivity,the circuit sensitivity depends on the values of Standard inductance L and standard resistance R,and the measurement uncertainty derive from the circuit sensitivity was the main contribution to total uncertainty.When L and R was adjusted to make the value of Q 3,the circuit sensitivity was then high enough and could meet the requirements for measurement.
