山苍子枝和叶中总黄酮含量的测定

摘　　要：以芦丁标准品为对照,采用NaNO2-A(l NO3)3-NaOH显色系统,紫外分光光度法测定山苍子枝和叶中黄酮类物质的含量.试验结果表明,山苍子枝和叶中总黄酮含量分别为1.09%,2.14%.加标回收率分别为100.70%和104.30%,RSD分别为3.14%和1.94%.本法简单易操作,结果准确,可靠.To establish the determination methods of the total flavonoids contents from Litsea cubeba, Took rutin as standard, contents of total flavonoids in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were determined by spectrophotometer with Na- NO2-AI （NO3）3-NaOH as colored reagent. The average value of contents of total flavonoids in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were 1.09% and 2.14%. The average recovery of the method were 100.7% and 104.3%, the RSD of reproducibility test were 1.45% and 0.62% （n=5） respectively. The method is simple and easy to operate, the result is accurate and reliable.
